Joe Bury for Delegate Joe Bury for Delegate is a campaign for Change; yet the word "change", is not a new word in Joe’s vocabulary as Joe has been a Community Activist since 1997, having served on numerous Boards and Commissions in the Northern Virginia area. Running for office is simply an extension of what Joe has been doing for years: “helping others.” Joe is passionate about protecting and preserving state rights under the new administration as well as directly serving Virginians to better transportation, education and the economy.
