Bob was first elected in 1991 to the Virginia House of Delegates. He is Vice-Chairman of the Counties, Cities and Towns Committee, and Chairman of a Privileges and Elections Sub Committee, as well as the Assembly’s Joint Stem Cell Study Committee.
Bob has a BA in History and Philosophy from Belmont Abbey College, North Carolina, and an MA in Humanities from California State University. He has a personal library of 2000+ books, is an avid reader of history, philosophy, constitutional issues, and medical, social and political issues of importance.
